Thin Film Product Development Manager ensures JDSU's optical leadership position by managing the resources and programs for the development of new products and the improvement of existing products. This is a leadership position that requires extensive knowledge of thin film coating technology and experience in thin film process/product development as well as an understanding of the markets for those products. The processes include all large area vacuum deposition processes; sputter, evaporation and IAD deposition of multilayer coatings.
